The breakfast is hot with a lot of food.

The breakfast is warm with ham and skim milk, as for instance, has everything you need. I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with updated furnishings and a hot tub, as example was not a problem.

The staff was very sweet and the hotel was very clean. Top notch

Clean, quiet and friendly staff.

I was shocked to find a $50.00 charge on my checking account. I had stayed at the Hampton Inn in Austin,Tx. and Mannheim, Pa. and was not charged this fee. I will get the charge removed however; I should have been told when I checked out to expect this.

A Comfortable Stay with Room to Improve

The breakfast selection impressed me, especially the fresh berries! Ensure to check the cleanliness of amenities like the whirlpool tub upon arrival. Consider bringing your own air freshener as the room could use some refreshing.

The staff was very friendly and willing to assist us when needed.

I have yet to receive my copy of our bill. We were told that it would be emailed to us and we are still waiting...

I had a little confusion with the charges and receipt, but it was resolved quickly.

I was charged over $30 MORE than what I was told I would pay when I booked the room AND an additional $50 was charged to my card with no true explanation. Even after talking to management I was still charged more than I booked for and the additional $50 is STILL pending on my account a full 4 days after checkout.

The hotel was close to where we needed to be, had good amenities. Nice staff.

The bed was just not what I have come to expect from Hampton Inns, it just wasn't comfortable, seemed like it was a lesser quality mattress than other Hamptons use.

You're asking too much. Suffice to say hampton inn, as always, is a good place to stop.

Had essentials needed in the deluxe king room, including a microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator. The whole staff was competent. The location was absolutely perfect as it was near golf courses and eateries.
